Incentive policy
You'll be paid the full incentive amount after we receive confirmation from the researcher that the study was successfully completed. This can take up to 10 business days from your session date. Researchers may be paying participants in bulk, waiting on an attendance list from a colleague, or reviewing unmoderated task submissions.
For more details, visit our Incentive payment guide.
Cancellation policy
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations and reschedules to avoid a penalty. To cancel or reschedule your session, visit our Guide on canceling and rescheduling.
Late arrival policy
All participants are expected to be on time.
No-show policy
Not showing up to a scheduled session without adequate notice wastes the researcher's time and affects your standing.
Completion policy
The researcher reserves the right to withhold or offer partial payment if you don't complete your session in full. Follow the researcher's instructions and complete all required parts.
If you need help accessing or completing your session, select the Messages button in your account or confirmation email to contact your researcher.
