How to redeem your incentive

Select Redeem incentive in your email from compensation@userinterviews.com, or log in to your account, go to My Studies, find the study you completed, and select Redeem incentive.

You'll be redirected to the Tremendous confirmation page. Select Redeem incentive again.

Make sure the correct currency is selected, then choose your reward.
Important: Incentives redeemed in the wrong currency cannot be reissued.

Depending on the reward type, you may need to enter additional details. For example, a virtual Visa requires your name and address to activate the card. Follow the prompts and select the blue button to confirm.

- Once your reward is confirmed, we'll send you an email with a link for your records. You can also find this link in your My Studies dashboard.
Incentives distributed by the researcher
If the researcher is distributing your incentive, you should receive it within 10 business days of your completed session in the type listed for the study.
Can I receive my payment through cash, PayPal, or a bank transfer?
If User Interviews is distributing your incentive, the closest cash-like option is a prepaid Visa. Select that option when redeeming in the Tremendous portal.
Why am I being asked to enter my address to redeem a Visa?
If you select a Visa prepaid card, you'll need to enter an address so Visa can verify the transaction. Most online retailers also require a billing address for the payment method. Your information is protected by bank-level encryption and won't be shared with anyone.
If you'd prefer not to enter your personal information, you can redeem your reward as a gift card instead.
Can I change my reward option or currency after redeeming?
No. Make sure you've selected the correct reward and currency before redeeming. User Interviews can't reissue incentives if a mistake was made during redemption.
Can I combine my Tremendous incentives into one?
No. Incentives are distributed per individual study and can't be combined at this time.
My gift card code shows as already used. What happened?
It's possible that someone else could access your gift card code if your email or device isn't secure. User Interviews issues codes privately and securely and isn't liable if a code is used by another party after it's been issued to you. We're not able to reissue codes. We strongly recommend adding your code to your account immediately using a secure device.

I was told I was issued an incentive by User Interviews, but I don't have an account. Why?
You may have participated in a study held privately off-platform. In these cases, researchers use our platform to schedule sessions and issue payments without requiring participants to create a User Interviews account. You'll receive your incentive by email from compensation@userinterviews.com. If you can't find it, contact our Support team.
I've redeemed my incentive, but I'm having trouble with my Tremendous reward. Can you help?
For issues with Tremendous rewards after redemption, please contact their support team directly at help@tremendous.com. Once your incentive has been redeemed with User Interviews, we're not able to assist with issues on the Tremendous side.
Why are my Tremendous incentive options limited?
Some reward options may not be available because they're not included in our contract with Tremendous, or because the incentive amount doesn't meet the minimum required for a particular reward. Some merchants require a minimum amount or a specific denomination to redeem. For example, if you received a $5 incentive and a gift card required a $10 minimum, it won't appear as an option. What you see available in your country and currency is everything we currently offer.
How else can I earn money with User Interviews?
