Your incentive has a 10-business-day window before you should contact Support about a missing payment. But that window doesn't always start on the same date. It depends on the type of study you completed.
Submitting your task early doesn't move up your payment date. Researchers still have the full window to review responses and release payment.
Find your study type below to see which date starts your 10 business day window:
Live session
The window starts on the date of your session, the day you actually participated.
Unmoderated task with a task window
Some unmoderated studies give you a task window, a set amount of time to complete your task before the link expires. If your study worked this way, the window starts when your task link expires, not when you submitted your task.
Unmoderated task with a study deadline
Other unmoderated studies ask you to finish by a specific deadline instead of using a task window. If your study worked this way, the window starts on that deadline, even if you submitted before it.
Not sure which one applies to you? Check your original study invitation or confirmation email. It'll show whether your study had a task window or a fixed deadline, along with the relevant date.
