Ready to start earning money with User Interviews? All you need to do is create a participant account, verify your phone number, and start applying to studies.

Verify your phone number

Follow the prompts to verify your phone number. This is required to activate your account — our alert system relies on text messaging to send you updates and reminders.

Trouble verifying your phone number?

Here are a few common issues to check:

• Complete your profile first. If required fields are missing, you may not be able to verify your account.
• Check that you live in a supported country. Review the list of countries we support.
• Make sure you're not using a landline, WiFi, or VOIP number. A mobile phone number is required. You can't verify using an email address.
• Wait a few minutes. Verification codes sometimes arrive with a short delay.
• Re-request the verification code. If you've waited and still haven't received a code, try requesting it again. You can also text START to 617-202-2503 to make sure you're subscribed, then request the code again.
• Contact your service provider. If none of the above works, your provider may be able to help.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Always be honest. Conflicting responses and poor feedback can result in penalties on your account. Too many and your account may be blocked from future studies. Learn more about participant policies and issues that may affect your ability to participate.
• Set realistic expectations. It's typical to be approved for 1 to 2 studies per year. To improve your chances, keep your profile updated and only apply to studies you're a good fit for.
• Recruitment decisions are up to the researcher. All selections are made by the researcher and require an application to be considered.
• Earn money between studies with our participant referral program. As long as your account is in good standing, you can keep earning by referring a friend. Learn more about our referral program
