If you have questions about an upcoming session or haven't received instructions yet, you can message the researcher directly through your account.
- Log in to your account
- Select Messages in the menu at the top of the page.
- Use the dropdown to find the study in question. Then use the chat box to send the researcher your questions or request further instructions.
- When the researcher replies, you'll get an alert by email and text (if you've opted in to text alerts). Make sure to reply through the messaging portal so your message reaches the researcher.
Tip: Researchers often just need a little more time to get their materials together. If your session starts within 24 hours and you haven't heard back, contact our support team for help.
If you don't hear from the researcher before your session, don't worry! We'll help you reschedule or make sure you receive the cancellation incentive (25% of the full study amount) for your time.
