Completed a study but can't find it in your account? Don't worry, it's usually still there. Follow these steps to find it.

Where do I find my studies?
You can find all your studies in the My studies tab.
- Log in to your account.
- Select My studies.
- Look through the list for your study.
Why isn't my study at the top of the list?
We sort studies by status, and studies marked Paid come first. If you have several paid studies, your completed study might be further down the list or on another page.
Scroll to the end of the list. Your study may be below the studies you've already been paid for.
Move through each page. Select a page number, or use the arrows to go to the next page. Keep checking until you find your study.

What if I was removed from a study?
Researchers can sometimes remove participants from a study. If this happens, we'll send you a cancellation email.
Check your inbox and your spam folder for the cancellation email.
